At Klein Stork, all products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners.
Processing Time
All orders require 2–5 business days for production before shipping. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods such as holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Klein Stork has no control over these charges.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at support@kleinstork.com and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement if confirmed lost.
